This  log bar is designed for advanced lifters. It has an overall length of 1.8 meters, a 25 cm loadable sleeve section, a 60 cm grip span between the handles, and a 12 inchs diamter  , with a total weight of 60 kg.

All orders will be shipped 3 to 4 weeks after purchase. All measurements are based on the actual finished product; minor dimensional tolerances will not hinder normal use.

If you require knurled grips, please send us an email to confirm your request. If no email notification is received, standard smooth grips will be fitted by default, which still deliver a comfortable hold.
